My name is Ngaa, and I’m a UK certified health coach. I work with stressed out women who want to lose weight so that they can look and feel great regardless of their busy lives. My clients learn to take on the healthy habits they’ve always wanted to, making them feel confident, happier and healthier.

A health coach is a trained professional who supports and collaborates with clients to set and achieve their health goals. As your coach we will work together to help you activate your inner strengths and put strategies in place to form sustainable healthy lifestyle changes.

This program has been life changing for me. When I look back at my parents’ lifestyle, like my father, I now understand why he always felt so tired.
